Dr Nicole Chan obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore, and subsequently underwent post-graduate studies in mental health to be a member of the prestigious Membership of Royal College of Physicians (UK) , obtaining the MRCPsychiatry (UK).

Her working experience in public healthcare involved postings in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Paediatric Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry. She is experienced in managing mental health patients with concommitant acute or chronic medical issues. Her experience in restructured hospitals helped shape her ideal of providing holistic healthcare to patients.
Prior to joining Artisan Health Clinic, Dr Nicole had a wide range of primary care experience , having worked years in a big Health Screening clinic chain and then a Sexual Health Clinic chain in Singapore.
Dr Chan also has a special interest in managing Women's Health and Venereology (Sexually Transmitted Infections) and providing comprehensive health screening services in a primary care setting, offering the latest health screening protocols and devices . She believes in a non-judgemental, comfortable and confidential space for her female and male patients to better optimize their sexual health.
Dr Chan believes in increasing mental health awareness in the community at large, promoting safer sexual behaviors, and appropriate and early health screening for all ladies and men.
Dr Lai Shan Hui obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore. She furthered her studies and obtained her Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) and eventually her Masters of Medicine in Family Medicine (MMED, Fam Med).

Other than Family Medicine, she also has a keen interest in the area of Psychiatry. She believes in continuous upgrading of her clinical skills and knowledge and successfully completed her Graduate diploma of Mental Health (GDMH) early in the course of her medical career.
With her wealth of clinical experience accumulated from serving in the public hospitals, government polyclinics, health screening centers and various private medical clinics, she is well equipped with clinical expertise and skills to meet the needs of clients from all age groups.
